Overview

Vancity Community Foundation (VCF) develops and delivers funding and charitable programs and projects that contribute to economic inclusion, social justice, and environmental sustainability. VCF works in partnership with donors and other funders to provide grants to qualified donees, supporting community initiatives addressing social, cultural, community economic development, and environmental goals. Additionally, VCF delivers grants, impact investments, and technical support for non-profit affordable housing development, social enterprise, poverty reduction, and homelessness prevention projects. The foundation also manages and delivers charitable programs and collaborative initiatives to facilitate economic and social innovation, address poverty and inequality, and build capacity in areas such as evaluation, social enterprise, and environmental sustainability. WellFunded charges philanthropists today. For charities, WellFunded offers a free tier, with plans for affordable paid options that provide enhanced visibility and engagement tools. There will always be a free tier.

How does WellFunded help my charity get discovered?

Instead of relying on cold proposals or personal networks, WellFunded helps you get in front of philanthropists actively looking to give in your area of impact.

How does WellFunded ensure trust and transparency?

Charity profiles include leadership information, financial data, and clear funding needs. Philanthropists can also see impact reports and follow giving activity of other donors.
