The Arrowtarian Senior Citizens Society is dedicated to providing affordable housing options for senior residents in the Arrow Lakes Valley and nearby communities such as New Denver, Silverton, Trout Lake, Fauquier, Edgewood, and the Village of Nakusp. They currently operate 43 units of independent senior housing for low to moderate incomes, and are in the process of building a new 9-unit affordable housing building for seniors. The organization works closely with BC Housing on their projects, with the goal of completing the new building by December 31, 2020. All directors of the society volunteer their time to support this important cause.

We are soon rolling out a “two click granting” tool where donors can set their granting preferences and if your charity matches their preferences, you will automatically be notified in your dashboard, and can send your portrait onward right through to their WellFunded dashboard. Sort of like applying to a job through LinkedIn Easy Apply.

WellFunded charges philanthropists presently. For charities, WellFunded offers a free tier, with plans for affordable paid options that provide enhanced visibility and engagement tools. However, we will always have a free tier. We will introduce pricing once enough active donors use the platform to influence giving.

Instead of relying on cold proposals or personal networks, WellFunded helps you get in front of philanthropists actively looking to give in your area of impact. With advanced search tools and standardized due diligence, your work speaks for itself—helping you build trust and attract new donors.
