Association D'eglises Baptistes Evangeliques Du Quebec

The Association d'Églises Baptistes Évangéliques au Québec works to provide aid and support to its member churches at spiritual, organizational, and financial levels. They also assist in the establishment of new churches, organize conferences and retreats, publish materials, offer long-term loans to churches, and help in the arrival and integration of missionaries within Quebec churches. Additionally, they run a language school for missionary integration, engage in youth ministry in partnership with local organizations, and have programs for inviting, hosting, and integrating missionaries.

Driven by a bold vision, we aspire to double the rate of French speakers involved in evangelical churches in Quebec, increasing from 1% to 2%. Our ambition is reflected in our slogan "Unreached No More", symbolizing our hope to see Quebec become a people group no longer considered unreached from a missiological standpoint.

Mission Québec represents the initiative of the Association of Evangelical Baptist Churches in Québec (AEBEQ) dedicated to the international recruitment of missionaries. Our goal is to ensure their successful integration and strategic deployment in Québec. In parallel, we recruit and train church planters and accompany mother churches and planted churches in all regions of Québec.

2. Harvest focus: Mission Québec is committed to adopting a distinctly missionary approach. We prioritize discipleship, contextualization, multiplication, and church planting.
-Discipleship - Disciples who disciple others.
-Leader Multiplication -  Leaders who multiply other leaders.
-Church Planting - Churches that plant other churches.
-Contextualization - Leaders engaged in continuous missiological reflection, adapted to the richness and uniqueness of Quebec's cultural, social, and linguistic context.

3. Coaching and support: Mission Québec actively dedicates itself to developing individuals, recognizing that collective strength lies in empowering and growing each member involved in the mission. We prioritize:
-Development - Our commitment is unwavering to the ongoing learning and growth of our ministerial staff, disciples, and leaders.
-Coaching - We walk alongside individuals, offering care and guidance, fostering effective participation, and embodying the value of empowerment in all aspects of our mission.

4. Interdependence: Understanding that the work of the Kingdom is not meant to be carried out in isolation, we cherish the indispensable nature of teamwork, flexibility, and consensus. We collaborate with:

'Unreached no more'  is the 10:02 Prayer Initiative Project vision of Mission Québec. The purpose of Project 10:02 is to both educate and encourage people from around the world on how to pray for the gospel growth in the province of Québec. The primary goal of Project 10:02 is to see 10,002 people regularly praying to the Lord of the harvest to train/equip gospel workers to reach Québec with the gospel. The call to pray occurs daily at 10:02 AM. As an unreached people group, the desire is to see Project 10:02 result in 2% of Québécers following Christ as Lord and formally connected to a local, gospel preaching church. This would make Québec 'Unreached no more'
