Unique value proposition

The Barrie Food Bank began in 1984 as an amalgamation of church based services to consolidate efforts in a central location for assisting those individuals and families in need. The organization currently serves more than 7,000 individuals each month, including 37% children. They have transitioned from pre-bagged groceries to a self-service shopping model that allows clients to choose items based on dietary needs, family size and composition, reducing food waste and adding more dignity to the experience.

WellFunded charges philanthropists today. For charities, WellFunded offers a free tier, with plans for affordable paid options that provide enhanced visibility and engagement tools. There will always be a free tier.

How does WellFunded help my charity get discovered?

Instead of relying on cold proposals or personal networks, WellFunded helps you get in front of philanthropists actively looking to give in your area of impact.

How does WellFunded ensure trust and transparency?

Charity profiles include leadership information, financial data, and clear funding needs. Philanthropists can also see impact reports and follow giving activity of other donors.
