Services include supportive housing, friendly visiting, personal care, life skills training, social work and psychology. The supportive housing program provides 24 hour support in a congregate setting as well as on an individual basis in apartment clusters in some regional centres. Community Outreach Support Services provide opportunities to learn/refine skills necessary to retain and maintain active community functioning.

Sort of like applying to a job through LinkedIn Easy Apply.

WellFunded charges philanthropists presently. For charities, WellFunded offers a free tier, with plans for affordable paid options that provide enhanced visibility and engagement tools. However, we will always have a free tier. We will introduce pricing once enough active donors use the platform to influence giving.

Instead of relying on cold proposals or personal networks, WellFunded helps you get in front of philanthropists actively looking to give in your area of impact. With advanced search tools and standardized due diligence, your work speaks for itself—helping you build trust and attract new donors.
