Carefor Health & Community Services exists to meet clients' health needs through high-quality home care and community support services. Its guiding purpose is to enrich the lives of people in Eastern Ontario by providing holistic care and support that gives individuals — including seniors, people living with disabilities, and their caregivers — meaningful choice in how they live. As a not-for-profit charity, Carefor is committed to keeping its services affordable and accessible, including through donor-funded subsidies for those who could not otherwise access care.

Do I need to apply for funding through WellFunded?

Philanthropists can browse charity profiles, see your funding needs, and express interest directly—saving you countless hours. We are soon rolling out a "two click granting" tool where donors can set their granting preferences and matching charities are automatically surfaced.

What does it cost?

WellFunded charges philanthropists today. For charities, WellFunded offers a free tier, with plans for affordable paid options that provide enhanced visibility and engagement tools. There will always be a free tier.

How does WellFunded help my charity get discovered?

Instead of relying on cold proposals or personal networks, WellFunded helps you get in front of philanthropists actively looking to give in your area of impact.

How does WellFunded ensure trust and transparency?

Charity profiles include leadership information, financial data, and clear funding needs. Philanthropists can also see impact reports and follow giving activity of other donors.
