Community Living St. Catharines (CLSC) provides services and supports to individuals with physical, mental or other disabilities so that they lead active and fulfilling lives while participating and being active members of their community through various means and avenues of services. CLSC is primarily funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services as part of the developmental services sector for the province.
