Le Centre des Arts Visuels provides visual art education to the general public by offering over 300 courses and workshops for approximately 3600 students annually. They also provide programs of study for all ages and levels of accomplishment, as well as a fine arts summer camp for children ages 6-12. In addition, the center hosts 10-12 contemporary art exhibitions and lectures annually in their gallery for students and the general public, and runs outreach programs of public art projects in collaboration with public organizations. The center's gallery has expanded its art educational mandate through offering archives, workshops, guided tours, and special community programming.
