Stratford/Perth Shelter Link provides shelter, advocacy services, and basic needs to youth aged 16-24 in Perth County. Their main programs include Living Options for Youth (LOFY) and a cooperative effort with Festival Hydro to provide relief to low-income individuals to help pay for their hydro bills.
