The Children's Cottage Society of Calgary aims to prevent harm and neglect to all children and to build strong families through support services, respite programs and crisis nurseries in and around Calgary. The programs offered by the Society include the Crisis Nursery, Community Respite Programs, Healthy Families Programs, Brenda's House Family Shelter, Rapid Rehousing Program, Home Links Program, HomeBridge Program, and Adaptive Case Management program. Isolated families in need of support can access services such as emergency care at the Crisis Nursery, in-home childcare respite through Community Respite Programs, and education and support for parents through the Healthy Families Program. Brenda's House provides shelter for homeless families, while other programs focus on helping homeless families find and maintain housing.

We are soon rolling out a “two click granting” tool where donors can set their granting preferences and if your charity matches their preferences, you will automatically be notified in your dashboard, and can send your portrait onward right through to their WellFunded dashboard. Sort of like applying to a job through LinkedIn Easy Apply.

WellFunded charges philanthropists presently. For charities, WellFunded offers a free tier, with plans for affordable paid options that provide enhanced visibility and engagement tools. However, we will always have a free tier. We will introduce pricing once enough active donors use the platform to influence giving.

Instead of relying on cold proposals or personal networks, WellFunded helps you get in front of philanthropists actively looking to give in your area of impact. With advanced search tools and standardized due diligence, your work speaks for itself—helping you build trust and attract new donors.

Charity profiles include leadership information, financial data, and clear funding needs. Philanthropists can also see impact reports and follow the giving activity of other donors, creating a more open and transparent ecosystem.
