The Peel Addiction Assessment and Referral Centre (PAARC) is a tax-exempt non-profit organization and a registered charity in Ontario. Their mission is to provide assistance and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse or addiction issues, while also promoting community understanding of these problems. PAARC receives funding from the Ontario Ministry of Health to offer assessment and referral services through the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network (MH LHIN). In addition to providing housing support programs and services for older adults with substance abuse and gambling problems, PAARC also offers community withdrawal, outreach, and street outreach programs. The organization is dedicated to developing new initiatives to address substance abuse and addiction in the community.

Philanthropists can browse charity profiles, see your funding needs, and express interest directly—saving you countless hours. We are soon rolling out a “two click granting” tool where donors can set their granting preferences and if your charity matches their preferences, you will automatically be notified in your dashboard, and can send your portrait onward right through to their WellFunded dashboard. Sort of like applying to a job through LinkedIn Easy Apply.

WellFunded charges philanthropists presently. For charities, WellFunded offers a free tier, with plans for affordable paid options that provide enhanced visibility and engagement tools. However, we will always have a free tier. We will introduce pricing once enough active donors use the platform to influence giving.

Instead of relying on cold proposals or personal networks, WellFunded helps you get in front of philanthropists actively looking to give in your area of impact. With advanced search tools and standardized due diligence, your work speaks for itself—helping you build trust and attract new donors.
