YWCA Toronto works to transform the lives of marginalized and disadvantaged women and girls in Toronto by operating housing programs including transitional housing for homeless women and children, violence against women shelters, and permanent affordable housing. They also provide employment and training programs including immigrant settlement labour access, life skills training, English language development, pre-apprenticeship training, and employment services. In addition, YWCA Toronto offers early childhood development centers, leadership training for girls, family support programs, and the December 6 Fund which provides interest-free revolving loans to women escaping violence. They also provide case management, support services, and housing for women who have serious, persistent mental health issues.

We are soon rolling out a "two click granting" tool where donors can set their granting preferences and if your charity matches their preferences, you will automatically be notified in your dashboard, and can send your portrait onward right through to their WellFunded dashboard. Sort of like applying to a job through LinkedIn Easy Apply.

WellFunded charges philanthropists presently. For charities, WellFunded offers a free tier, with plans for affordable paid options that provide enhanced visibility and engagement tools. However, we will always have a free tier. We will introduce pricing once enough active donors use the platform to influence giving.

Instead of relying on cold proposals or personal networks, WellFunded helps you get in front of philanthropists actively looking to give in your area of impact. With advanced search tools and standardized due diligence, your work speaks for itself—helping you build trust and attract new donors.

Charity profiles include leadership information, financial data, and clear funding needs. Philanthropists can also see impact reports and follow the giving activity of other donors, creating a more open and transparent ecosystem.
